  • Sales Activity and Results Ownership: Perform 100-200 sales activities weekly, including communications and networking events, with a focus on achieving tangible results. Track progressions of these activities as they generate qualified leads.
  • CRM Ownership: Ensure all sales and marketing activities are logged into the CRM, and assist the rest of the organization in maintaining CRM discipline. Collaborate to improve systems integration and effectiveness.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Categorize and engage with contacts within target accounts, tailoring strategies to different tiers based on their influence and decision-making capabilities.
  • Collaboration and Leadership in Marketing Efforts: Work closely with the marketing team, taking the initiative in list management and campaign content that resonates with your prospects. Ensure sales and marketing strategies are aligned for optimal lead generation and conversion.
  • Active Networking and Professional Growth: Regularly participate in networking events and seek professional development opportunities to enhance industry knowledge and expand your professional network.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B software or ERP consulting.
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, and/or marketing preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A self-starter attitude, with a proven track record of working independently and taking ownership of results.
  • Ability to maintain motivation and overcome objections.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
