The Highlights

We hope your 2025 Summer has been enjoyable! We are quickly approaching the fall which means it is time for the second bi-annual NetSuite upgrade to 2025.2 to occur. The 2025.2 upgrade will be rolled out over a three-month period, or phases. The first phase started in mid-August and the last phase will occur in mid-October. If you’re uncertain about your upgrade schedule, you can find your Scheduled Upgrade Date along with links to the Release Notes and Release Preview Guide in the New Release portlet on your dashboard. Additionally, you can request a Release Preview environment by navigating to Setup > Company > Release Preview. Upgrades are scheduled during non-business hours and clients should not experience any downtime or disruptions.

As a best practice, we recommend requesting a NetSuite Release Preview environment. This is a sandbox environment of your company’s instance with the 2025.2 updates. In the release preview environment, we recommend testing those business processes supported by NetSuite.

MPower has captured highlights from the NetSuite 2025.2 release below.  Each section contains a Deep Dive button to see additional details for that section.
