  • CRM Ownership: Ensure all sales and marketing activities are logged into the CRM, and assist the rest of the organization in maintaining CRM discipline. Collaborate to improve systems integration and effectiveness.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Categorize and engage with contacts within target accounts, tailoring strategies to different tiers based on their influence and decision-making capabilities.
  • Collaboration and Leadership in Marketing Efforts: Work closely with the marketing team, taking the initiative in list management and campaign content that resonates with your prospects. Ensure sales and marketing strategies are aligned for optimal lead generation and conversion.
  • Active Networking and Professional Growth: Regularly participate in networking events and seek professional development opportunities to enhance industry knowledge and expand your professional network.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B software or ERP consulting.
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, and/or marketing preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
